Hello I'm Tom Milhoan, owner and artist of Mystic Art Tattoo Inc., open since April 2001.  I am a lifelong student of drawing and painting with 13 years professional tattoo experience.  I specialize in custom and freehand work in all styles; full color or black and grey, fine line or bold.  Realism and portraiture with fantasy themes are my favorite subjects.

 
I am fully licensed, insured and comply with APT and state guidelines for safe tattooing.  At Mystic Art, our emphasis is on your individual design and we count on your input.  We will consider any source material, from our custom in-house designs to your own photo album.  We can customize or create from scratch anything you can envision.  When you want that special tattoo that really means something to you, come in and visit.  We do prefer appointments but welcome walk-ins.  We are always available to talk about designs and to answer questions.  We know you'll appreciate our friendly, personal service and our attention to detail and high quality standards.
